A native of Asbury Park she began her real estate career here in 2000 after relocating back to the shore area in 1999. She has become a highly skilled consultant in both mortgages and real estate investments. Although some companies provide a one stop shopping solution for their clients, Shonda is one of the few that enjoys simplifying the home buying process for her clients by servicing their mortgage needs. As a mortgage consultant, she realizes she can service a niche in the market that few others consider.
She is relentless in making sure that the homebuyers and sellers are truly satisfied.
She insists on keeping the lines of communication open with her "client for life" philosophy.

It's been great helping people to fulfill the ultimate American dream of home ownership and financial security. Shonda is active in her church and community. She recently served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and still volunteers on their family selection committee. Shonda also participates in NJ Ride Against Aids and enjoys riding her bicycle along the shore. She resides in Neptune, NJ with her two sons.
