At the age of 3 months, Daniel's life changed when he adopted his dad, Greg Demaras. It was a cold winter morning in 2007 when Greg visited Daniel's home at the North Shore Animal League and the rest is history. Daniel is now the Conover Agency's beloved mascot. He loves to help out in the office whenever possible but it's his job as "Official Greeter" where Daniel really shines (stop by and see what we mean!). Daniel is enthusiastic about all aspects of real estate and above all else, like most good agents, prefers the taste of a fully executed sales contract.
